RACE DIVISIONS

NEW YORK 100K
> You will be skating 19 laps to complete the 100-kilometers race (62 miles). Please count your laps!
> Mandatory Pre-Registration Review: If you have never participated in this event distance before, you must contact the race organizer at race@skatemarathon.org before registering to ensure you understand the race’s demands and requirements.
> Time Limit: There is a 4-hour time limit to complete the 100K. While the park remains open, we will be taking down timing equipment and race setup after 4 hours, and EMTs will be leaving at that time. While you can keep skating, the event will be officially over at the 4-hour time.

42K MARATHON – INLINE
> You will be skating 8 laps around the park, which is 42 kilometers (26 miles). Please count your laps!
> All inline skaters are welcome to register for this division.

42K MARATHON – QUADS
> You will be skating 8 laps around the park, which is 42 kilometers (26 miles). Please count your laps!
> All quad skaters are welcome to register for this division.

21K HALF-MARATHON – INLINE
> You will be skating 4 laps around the park, which is 21 kilometers (13 miles). Please count your laps!
> All inline skaters are welcome to register for this division.

21K HALF-MARATHON – QUADS
> You will be skating 4 laps around the park, which is 21 kilometers (13 miles). Please count your laps!
> All quad skaters are welcome to register for this division.

5K CHALLENGE
> You will be skating 1 lap around the park.
> Skaters of all ages and abilities are welcome to register for this division.

ADAPTIVE DIVISIONS
We are proud to offer a unique opportunity for skaters with disabilities to participate in this event. Our first adaptive skater finished her race in 2019, and we continue to welcome all athletes to join.
> Before registering for the race, please contact the race director at race@skatemarathon.org so we can understand your needs and provide proper accommodations.
> Assistance options: skaters may skate with one or more buddies and use any additional support as needed.
